DEEP DIVE INTO HISTORY: “Rope Making”

Who knew that making rope was an art form? Join Tom Lacey and learn how this essential nautical tool has been made for centuries. You’ll also have a chance to make a bit yourself using our rope machine.

The program is part of the free Deep Dive into History drop-in series, which gives visitors a deeper understanding of our shared past through costumed interpreters and artifacts.
