Membership Potluck and lecture
September 13 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Free
All Friends of the N.C. Maritime Museum at Southport members are invited to join museum staff and volunteers for an exclusive Membership Potluck from 6 to 7 p.m. Sept. 13. The potluck will be followed by a special presentation from Dr. Robert Browning, “’None Can Be More Vigilant Than We Are’: The Blockade of Wilmington, NC During the Civil War.” Both programs are for Friends of the Museum, and reservations are required.
This program replaces the monthly Third Tuesday lecture and instead will be held on the second Wednesday, Sept. 13, at the Southport Community Building, 223 E. Bay St., at 7 p.m.
Seating is limited, so advance registration is required. Register below or by calling (910) 477-5151.
