Homeschool Friday: Steaming Ahead

The Age of Steam travel was marked with new world records and tragedies. Travel back in time to the Cape Fear at the turn of the century to see what river travel looked like! The program is part of our Homeschool Friday series, lessons geared for First Mates and Quartermasters, ages 7–17, offered the last Friday of every month. Each class is $7 per child with a 10-percent discount for Friends members at the Family level and above (all programs are subject to N.C. state taxes). Registration closes at 5 p.m. March 25.
